Every interactive element can be reached and used with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline.

Pages use proper headings, landmarks and labels so records and search results can be read in order.
Contrast and text size
Text and controls are designed to meet WCAG 2.1 AA contrast, and the site reflows when you zoom or enlarge text.
Works on any screen
Search, records and certificates are usable on phones, tablets and desktops without horizontal scrolling.
