How monitoring works
Every dated item is tracked
Insurance, certifications and registrations carry expiry dates. Those dates are stored with the documents, not just the tick.
We prompt before it lapses
The business is asked for an up-to-date document ahead of an expiry date, so a current record stays current.
Lapsed items stop showing as verified
If nothing new is supplied, the item stops being shown as verified. The record stays live and simply shows less.
The record reflects today
