Records now show what has been verified so far, not a pass or fail
Records used to imply a business had either passed or failed. They now show the checks that have been completed and confirmed, with everything else simply not yet verified.

Search understands the problem, not just the trade
You can describe what has gone wrong in your own words. Search maps that to the right trades and services, and tells you how it interpreted your wording.
Monitoring
Expiry dates are tracked on every dated item
Insurance and certification dates are stored with the documents, so a record stops showing an item as verified once it lapses.
