You can't fail. There's no pass mark, no minimum number of checks and no rejection for having less than someone else. Sole trader with no registration, no qualifications on paper and insurance you've been meaning to renew? You can still be listed today, with a record that says exactly where you're up to. Add the rest when it suits you.

What you won't be put through
What we won't ask you for
Plenty of good businesses assume they would be turned down before they even start. Here is what is never part of it.
No credit check
We don't assess your personal creditworthiness. A CCJ or a rough patch does not decide whether you can be Approved.
No blanket DBS check
A DBS check is not a requirement for everyone. It relates to criminal-record information and applies only to certain roles and circumstances.
No minimum trading history
New businesses are welcome. Your record shows what has been checked so far, with the date each item was confirmed.
No pass mark, nothing to fail
Not every trade needs the same qualifications or registrations, so you are only ever asked for what applies to the work you offer.
