The badge that links back and proves itself
A badge for your own website that links to your live Verification Record — worth something precisely because it is not hosted by you.
- Format
- PNG artwork plus a short snippet you can copy
- Available
- As soon as you confirm you own the business
- Link opens
- Your public profile, or your Verification Record once verified
- Cost
- Free
Anyone can put a shield graphic on their own website. That is exactly why customers have stopped believing them.
This one links out to a page you do not control, showing which checks have been completed and when. If the checks lapse, the page says so.
That is the whole point: the badge is only as strong as the record behind it, and the record is public.
Where it points
Every code is generated for your business as you download it, so it always opens your own page — never anyone else's, and never a generic advert for us.
Where people put it
- Homepage hero or header
- Footer, sitewide
- Contact and quote-request pages
- Landing pages you run ads to
Yours once you are approved
Find or add your business, confirm ownership and become an Approved Tradesman — then download every piece of artwork with your own QR code on it.
Confirm ownership and the artwork points at your page. Become an Approved Tradesman and it carries the Approved mark — the version customers scan before they choose.
