Something on a record looks wrong
Out-of-date details, a business name that no longer matches, or information you believe is inaccurate.
Misuse of the shield or a certificate
A business using the Approved Tradesman shield, badge or certificate when you cannot find their record.
Suspicious or impersonated business
A record that appears to impersonate another business, or details that do not add up.
Something technical
A page that will not load, a broken link, or a QR code that does not open a record.
What happens next
You will get a case reference as soon as your report is submitted. If you include the record reference from the business record, we can look into it faster.
